Your Registration Includes:

Entry to the Luau Banquet - an outdoor, beachside, Polynesian themed special event with dinner, drinks, and entertainment. You may purchase additional banquet tickets for your guests for $195 using this link.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Send a substitute – make sure your organization doesn’t miss out on the valuable learning experience. There is no charge or penalty for a substitution.
Ask for a refund – you may cancel your registration and get a refund (minus a $50 administrative fee) if you notify us in writing prior to October 1, 2024. If you realize after October 1, 2024 that you cannot attend, you are welcome to send a substitute. Refunds cannot be made at that point due to materials that have been ordered and guarantees that have been placed based on your anticipated attendance.
Registrants who do not attend the conference and do not contact our office to cancel prior to October 1, 2024 will be liable for the registration fee.
Excursions
Time will be included in the program in the afternoon on Thursday, November 7th for excursions. We respectfully request that workshop attendees please be present in sessions for the full scientific program.
Additional Registration Information
Fellowships to cover the cost of registration are available for a limited number of PostDocs and/or junior faculty from minority serving institutions located in the USA. To apply, please send your CV to info@iwn2024.org. If selected for funding, you will receive a notification from the IWN Committee.
